1. AGREEMENT BETWEEN CUSTOMERS AND THE COUNCIL FOR PROMOTION OF TOURISM IN ASIA
2. USE OF ONE ASIA PASS WEBSITE
ONE ASIA PASS website is provided solely to support transaction between customers and service and product providers offering conveyance, accommodation and others, for example to get information about travel and ONE ASIA PASS services and products, to confirm the use, to make a reservation and others.
The contract of services and products is based on travel requirements established by local providers and others in accordance with local laws, regulations and custom.
3. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
Customers agree not to do following things.
(1)To modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivations, transfer, sell and resell any information, products and services customers get through ONE ASIA PASS website.
(2)To use ONE ASIA PASS website or services and products posted on the site for commercial purpose.
(3)To apply and make a reservation speculatively, fallaciously or in anticipation of the increased demand.
4. USE OF COUPON AND CAMPAIGN CODE
Customers shall take all responsibility to secure information of coupon and campaign code issued on ONE ASIA PASS website.
All personal information entered in application form will be used for administrative operation of ONE ASIA PASS. Except uses of administrative operation, personal information will never be disclosed and provided to any third party.

The Council for Promotion of Tourism in Asia does not represent or warrant that there is no risk in any destinations posted on ONE ASIA PASS website and also does not take responsibility for damages and losses that may result from travel to such destinations.
8. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
(1)There are cases where information, services and products posted on ONE ASIA PASS website may include inaccuracies or errors, including pricing errors. The Council for Promotion of Tourism in Asia does not guarantee accuracy of information and explanation on ONE ASIA PASS website and does not take responsibility for any errors or other inaccuracies of all things displayed on the website.
(2)The Council for Promotion of Tourism in Asia does not guarantee that each product and service are available. Therefore, the Council for Promotion of Tourism in Asia does not take any responsibility for products and services whose valid term has expired.
(3)The Council for Promotion of Tourism in Asia does not recommend or approve published material related to our products and services.
(4)All information, products and services will be offered as plain condition without any guarantee.
(5)The Council for Promotion of Tourism in Asia denies any guarantee of information, products and services.
(6)The carriers, hotels, travel agencies and other providers on the website are not agencies and employees of the Council for Promotion of Tourism in Asia but independent contractors. The Council for Promotion of Tourism in Asia does not take responsibility for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches or negligence of any such products and service providers or for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting therefrom. In occurrence of delay, cancellation, strike, natural disaster, war and riot, the Council for Promotion of Tourism in Asia does not take responsibility for them and also does not defray expenses caused by these problems.
(7)In every situation, the Council for Promotion of Tourism in Asia does not take responsibility for direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, exceptional or consequential damage caused by reservation, purchase or use of ONE ASIA PASS services and products by customers.
